New street lights are now being installed in Royal Harbor. I know of several already up and shining. Also the new tree replacement will begin October 1. Both of these projects were initiated by your homeowners Association. project leaders were Joni Brickly (lights) and Maureen Minker (trees).
There is also a new program from the city to allow residents who are not full time to more easily pay their water bills. I am attaching the data in pdf to this email at the request of Bill Moss, city manager.water bill NEWbill payr 9-23-10
|Code enforcement has informed the association presidents that they intend to tighten up on signage. This means that all the Real Estate signs set up pointing buyers to homes for sale will be removed by code enforcement. If you feel this unnecessarily strict in light of the current economic climate you might want to voice your opinion to the city enforcement manager.|

Also the signs you see attached to stop signs and sticking up around for various services are illegal and removable. (like power washing or other advertising)
We have had another car break in where a wallet was stolen. This was reported to the Police. Please remember there are still people looking to steal, lock you car doors, put the car in the garage or leave you porch light on in the driveway. ? Don’t make it easy for thieves.
Last count was 8 new homes under construction. Lets pray we are coming out of this housing mess.
We will have a Halloween event for this year. Several members are wanting a street change. Your ideas are appreciated. send to me or Nancy Lockwood at email@example.com
